Training Programs

  • 1 Year - to enhance personality traits, social graces, communication, language, social skills, special soft skill training are given to the students in order to categorize their relations with other students.
  • 2 year - to enhance technical skills of the students, Value Added Training related to software are given to the students. Aptitude Training is also given to the students. Special care is given for the aptitude training since it is considered as the initial stage of any placement process.
  • 3 Year – Multiple Internships to implement the skills learn during the last two years.
  • Campus to Corporate - Training through expert lectures from industrial senior officials are arranged for developing team, leadership and managerial skills and behavior.

All the training programs mentioned above are organized by renowned experts with a view to ensure continual improvement.

Employability is the main focus at the IAER. All a student needs to think about is what the employers are going to expect from the student. When a student joins IAER, it is time to think about the future. The IAER has created training programs to focus on grooming the students for successful careers by leading industry and academic experts. Many of the IAER graduates has taken up leading roles in multinational companies and others have started leading and developing their own companies.
