Career Services Department (CSD) :
The Career Services Department is an interface between the Industry and Academics to streamline the placement and related process for the students. CSD is a team of young and goal-oriented professionals. The department is there to achieve the dreams and goals of all the budding graduate professionals at IAER.
The role of career services department is immensely important to establish and create a ground for all the IAER graduates for their future professional world. The department believes that just the classroom education is not enough to face the corporate world.
The team consists of officials with varied industries integrating with academics to incorporate lots of good practices to address the needs.
Campus Visit- Facilitation :
Pre-visit Initiatives:
IAER welcomes the pre - placement talks and presentations. All the notifications related to jobs provided by the recruiters are informed through e-mail or is displayed on the students’ notice board.
The students applying against the recruitment notifications and their details are provided to the recruiters along with the soft copies of the resumes.
During the Campus Visit:
Adequate space is provided for the written tests that are in the selection process. Large halls and auditorium with audio visual facilities are there ready for this purpose. Computer labs, networked and connected to a 30 Mbps is provided for the students appearing for the online tests.

Placement Norms :
The facility of placements is available to all the students who have registered with the Career Development Center. The students may attend the presentations made by different organizations and make their decision to attend any selection process once the placement process is initiated.
There are no such restrictions on attending multiple selection processes provided. Until the first offer is secured, the student can attend any of the processes. The confirmation of the offers is displayed by the organization or through the offer letters issued.
Associations :
IAER is a part of several organizations which have resulted in creation of specialized laboratories, internships and scholarships. Some of the associations are with IBM, Oracle, Smart Joules, Secure Meters Limited.
